Not Your Grandma’s Bingo

At Thanksgiving dinner, we find three candy corns at each place. We take turns expressing gratitude for three blessings.
My Grammy Roberts loved a good bingo game at family reunions, so in her honor I made this game to fill both requirements.
This “recycled” bingo game uses candy corn for markers, is stored in a recycled shopping bag and is sure to entertain the fam at your fall gathering. Be sure to pick up lots of prizes.

Alpha and Omega

“A Case For Something Eternal” was an assignment in an art class at the University of Utah. I created a wooden case with plexiglass panels to protect and display that which is of most value. It contained Hoffman’s portrait of Jesus Christ, a statue of Christ and children, an olive branch representing peace and a platinum-colored frame with the following scripture,
“I am the first and the last,
I am He who liveth,
I am He who was slain,
I am your advocate with the Father.”

Although the case was meant to protect, I realized that I am the one protected by my Savior.
